4. The User releases us, our affiliates, and any associated third parties from any liability arising from the use of recordings or personal information as permitted under this provision.

5. The User may withdraw consent to be filmed or recorded by notifying us in writing. However, any recordings or materials created prior to the withdrawal of consent may continue to be used by us.
